Micro Quality Calibration Inc.(MQC) was founded in 1978 as a technology oriented calibration and repair facility for precision measurement equipment. MQC established an early reputation for excellence with major defense & aerospace industry leaders. Under the constraints of a rigorous Quality Assurance Program, word of MQC’s expertise began to spread through other fledgling industries such as Medical and Automotive. As increased demands for MQC Services grew, so did MQC. Our expansion has seen a 1500% growth in a mere twenty-two short years.

In 1986 MQC became recognized as a major Sales and Distribution Center for Precision Measurement Equipment (PME), representing the leading manufacturers in this field. It has been a natural adjunct to MQC’s calibration and repair activities and offered our customers a single source for their requirements. Our expansion as a company was a direct result of our quality service, sales of quality equipment, at an affordable cost to our customers. As we continued to grow, the acquisition of new highly technological equipment enabled us to expand our capabilities. These technological advances subsequently forced a move in 1993 to a new 15,000 sq. ft facility. Our new home in Chatsworth consists of five state-of-the art laboratories, exclusively designed for PME calibration, service and repair.

MQC’s calibration and repair of PME necessitated acquisition of highly accurate and technologically advanced ancillary Test Equipment (including all necessary types of electronic, electrical, physical dimensional, mechanical, torque, pressure and vacuum) to enable complete in house capabilities without outside subcontracting.

All calibration is performed under the most stringent of environmental controls, and in accordance with, strict compliance with ISO-9000, (series1,2,3 & 4) ISO 10012-1, ANCI/NCSL-Z-540-1994, ISO Guide 25, and ISO/IEC 17025. Calibration System Requirements. Many of our Customers rely on alignment to their individual specifications.

Our standards are the cornerstone of operations with direct traceability to N.I.S.T. And are in compliance or exceed with the accuracy requirements dictated by Federal, Military, and Industrial Specifications. MQC’s Quality Control Manual reflects these requirements and amplifies attention to minimizing cost of Quality.
