Our technical staff is OEM Factory trained, to troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate any electrical, pressure, torque vacuum, optical, physical dimensional, mechanical, Standard and gage. Our laboratories are equipped with the latest diagnostic and repair instruments available, to service the most complicated and sophisticated instrument in a timely manner. There are no charges for repair estimates if an item is sent in for calibration. The customer is always notified by FAX or e-mail if repairs are necessary, and the cost to repair/replace accompanies each line item. All repairs are covered with a 30-day warranty, and repairs are usually performed within our 7-10 working day span due to our extensive spare parts inventory. Another plus for our customers.
