About the Company:
Micro Quality Calibration was founded in 1978 and is an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-2005
Accredited Metrology laboratory specializing in calibration, repair, testing,
First Article inspection and sales (162 lines) of precision measurement
and test instruments (both In-house and On-site). MQC continues to be
on the forefront of the Metrology industry in capabilities/disciplines
offered to its customers.

Requirements:
Position is primarily general office position where you will be assisting
several departments (accounting, customer service, data entry, expediter,
etc.) with various general office task to ensure we meet our customers'
needs. Tasks will include but are not limited to: filing, matching documentation,
reviewing documentation, creating packets such as invoices, packing slips,
data entry, supplies & supplies management, etc.
Individuals that excel in their duties may be cross-trained in specific
positions to offer coverage and more specific assistance to individuals
and teams when needed. Great all around position to get exposure in all
areas of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Filing
- Matching Paperwork (Proof of Deliveries)
- Assisting A/R & A/P department match invoices, checks, packets, etc.
- Assist Customer Service with misc. office tasks, customer requests and research
- Assist Reception with misc. tasks and possible phone coverage during breaks
- Assist Data Entry team with creating and finalizing billing packets
- Data Entry
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Maintain and manage office supplies
- Various general office duties
Qualified candidates will meet the following job requirements:
- 2-3 years of continues prior employment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft based products
- Type 40+ wpm
- Paying attention to details while producing error-free work product
- Strong at problem-solving
- Ability to work well with others and be able to perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- High school diploma and/or equivalent
